ENOVIA Synchronicity DesignSync Data Manager is used by semiconductor companies to manage the hardware and software data in their products. Data can be managed at both the detailed file/directory level, and a “module” level of abstraction. As such, design data contributed by individual teams can be seamlessly integrated into higher level designs. The product’s SITaR workflow manages design data through its “Submit”, ”Integrate”, ”Test” and “Release” phases. SITaR leverages the power of module-based design in an environment consisting of multiple design modules that are then aggregated by an integrator into a higher-level system. EVONIA Synchronicity DesignSync Data Manager’s architecture eliminates the problems associated with integrating large designs by providing a single unified design data management system, which could exist at a single data centre, or could be distributed around the world.
